We have teamed up with MCD Technology in Delta BC to bring you Canadian made quality stone fabrication machines with 24-hour round the clock assistance and support. All bridge saws come with a one year warranty on all components due to manufacturers defect.
The following bridge saws have been engineered specifically for the processing of engineered stone, marble and granite products. In designing and building these saws, MCD Technology has been very careful to select quality components readily available anywhere in North America. This is to minimize costly downtime waiting for replacement parts should repairs be required.

The "Delta 250/SA" bridge saw is among the most technically advanced top of the line in manual/semi-automatic saws that is fast and simple to operate. It can cut automatically for multiple cuts or manually for any degree cutting and 0 to 45 degree tilt cutting. We have been very careful to select quality components readily available in North America for the building of our saws. This is to minimize costly downtime waiting for replacement parts should repairs be required. The following are a list of the features for this saw:
- Steel frame stress relived then precision machined
- Bridge moves (Y-axis) via precise grooved wheels on hard chrome shaft and rack/pinion, powered by two digital brush-less servo motors
- 80" x 132" 360 degree rotating table indexing at 90 degrees (4), at 45 degrees (4) and any other degrees with braking system.
- Hydraulic tilt table up to 85%
- 17 hp 1800 RPM direct electric drive motor for saw blade
- 45 degree tilt blade manually
- Automatic multiple cuts, useful for cutting back splashes and planing the table
- X axis travel 144"
- Y axis travel 132"
- Z axis travel 14"
- Min/max blade 14"/18"
- X and Y movement up to 400" per minute, Z axis up to 50" per minute.
- Variable cutting speed from 1" to 60" per minute

 This saw is among the most technically advanced top of the line CNC saws available on the market today. It has a very large work area and has a modular heavy duty steel frame. The bridge is made from a solid single piece construction designed to reduce unwanted vibration for a smooth even cut. Some of the distinguishing features are: cutting manual or auto, multi cuts, any degree cut, and vertical.
