EuroTech CNC Machines

As a measure to focus on Kitchen and Bath products which are less competitive than diamond tools, we have decided to close our diamond tools department and thus need to clear out all stocks on diamond tools.

Yes, all diamond tools in stock have to go, including diamond blades, polishing pads, grinding cup wheels, coring drill bits, tile blades, masonry blades, concrete blades, CNC tooling, engineered stone tools and other high-end diamond tools. Sale prices? Just our costs! No credit is given for the sale of any of these clearance items. So bring your check book, credit card, debit card or cash when you come. Again, no 15-day or 30-day credit. You just take what you pay.

Want to see the actual clearance prices? Click here to send us a request and we will send you the pricelist.

We have teamed up with MCD Technology in Delta BC to bring you Canadian made quality stone fabrication machines with 24-hour round the clock assistance and support. All machines come with a one year warranty.

The following CNC machine has been engineered specifically for the processing of engineered stone, marble and granite products. In designing and building this CNC machine, MCD Technology has been very careful to select quality components readily available anywhere in North America. This is to minimize costly downtime waiting for replacement parts should repairs be required.

  • Heavy-duty steel frame construction, stress relieved then precision machined, to guarantee the rigidity required for a precise cut.
  • Heavy duty Mobile Bridge designed to travel over the work area of the table.
  • Bridge movement (Y-Axis) by means of precise linear track bearings and helical rack and pinion powered by digital brush less servo motors (2) with auto lube.
  • 6’ x 10’ thick alum table top
  • Vacuum manifolds with 32 pair of swivel ports mounted on the front of the table, easily accessible to the operator.
  • Spindle-holding trolley movement (X-Axis) by means of precise linear bearings and helical rack and pinion powered by a digital brush less servo-motor with auto lube.
  • Powerful and reliable high-frequency spindle.
  • Spindle vertical travel (Z-Axis) by means of precise linear track bearings and ball screw. Maximum travel 14” which allows for rough-shaping of thick billets.
  • Rapid displacements up to 1500 inches per minute, which allows faster work cycles.
  • Digital” brush less servo motors controlled by state-of-the-art numerically controlled drive unit.
